Project Leader, Merging Surveillance Data
John O'Dwyer is an IT professional with over 20 years experience in IT consulting. He completed an Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Computer Science and Informatics Engineering in 1988. John started work as a developer for financial, telecommunications companies in England, and the United States. He then moved into consulting, joining Accenture in Canada 1993 and worked as a team leader, and project manager in their technology stream. John joined the AEHRC in 2004 and has worked as a member of the Implementation Team, taking software developed by engineering out to client sites and designing the implementation that will return the greatest impact. John leads the Merging Surveillance Data project from the AEHRC in Brisbane, working with Data managers in both Melbourne and Adelaide hospitals.
